Guides- Do I need a minimum number of subscribers?
- Channels with at least 100 subscribers appear in the public catalogue. Smaller channels can still receive direct offers.
- When am I paid?
- The brand pays before work starts and the platform holds the money. It is released to you after the final step is approved.
- When is my card or balance charged?
- Only after the creator accepts. Until then an offer costs nothing.
- What happens if the creator does not deliver?
- The payment stays held, not paid out. If the order is cancelled it returns to your balance.
- Can one account hold several channels?
- Yes. Each channel is verified separately and has its own packages and prices.
- Can we keep our rate card private?
- Yes. Each channel can show prices to everyone, to funded or verified advertisers only, or to nobody.
